A company that started as a family enterprise began its
activities in 1990, selling disposable products to hospitals, for the
protection of health professionals.
At the time when its activities started, the ever increasing
incidence of infectious-contagious diseases originated, together with
the Emilio Ribas Hospital, the development of a product that could
store perforating/cutting hospital waste material, and that would be
more resistant than those available in the market up to that time.
In the following year, the first product of the company was
introduced in the market: the Descarpack waste
collecting container for perforating/cutting
material, that revolutionized the concept,
having as purpose the safety of the health
professionals during professional
procedures.

Descarpack trade mark that has been used
in all large and renewed hospitals, such as
the "Hospital das Clínicas", "Hospital Sírio
Libanês", "Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz",

Câncer" and 25 thousand other hospitals in Brazil.
